this has taken up most of my time since i started it five days ago. originally a tattoo for a friend. most of my headach is due to the attention paid to the muscle, blood, and wings. that, and staying up till almost 6am. that also contributed. all done in photoshop.

and once again, the full view is pretty huge due to how much time i spent on it and not wanting to screw up the detail by makin' it all tiny

really nice details and colours.. but i'd probably rethink the size of the picture, so that your viewers can achieve the full view experience without using the slide-bars. coz it can get annoying.

but the picture is very good. :thumbsup: for that.

dude, that is friggin awesome. Certainly one of your best. The digital effects really put it over the top, especially the sheen on the wings and the magician's spell. Phenomenal work

thanks ^-^ i can't remember exactly how many layers were in it, over fifty i'm sure. most of the time on it was spent working mostly on the dragons muscle and wings, segmenting him up into about eight different layers. the clouds were just custom brushes smudged to hell. personally, the blood on his maw and his tongue are my favorite, simply a layer grouped over the head and tongue layers, colored red with a color blend, then erased with different types of brushes.
